Will Running With A Knee Strap Help With Knee Pain Caused By Running?
I've Had Knee Pain (pretty Much Constantly-mostly While Sitting Down) All Week, And I'm Almost Positive It Was Caused By Running.

Sure it is OK to run with it on. It may or may not help with the pain. I recommend that you change the water you drink and shower in to best help with the pain.
